SANDWICH PANELS

 

Ultra light panel DEPRACELL has been classified among the most outstanding products because of: reduced specific gravity, facility in handling, stability, atmospheric agents (weather proof, UV rays, etc...) resistance.


It is suitable for interior use, but once rimmed it becomes  suitable for external use too, in that the applied covering protects the polystyrene avoiding the separation of the skins.

 

In order to increase the range of its possible utilizations the DEPRACELL DPCI has been created it allows the union of more panels by its joint, with the possibility of covering enormous surfaces maintaining lightness, insulation, stability.


It is possible to get the joint either on the two or on the four sides of the panel to cover wide surfaces in length and in height as for example in advertising maxi photos or moving walls.

It is also possible to realize particular panels in different materials such as marble, wood, cork, synthetic plates, treated woods.
The range of utilizations of DEPRACELL reaches pre-fabricated buildings, thermal insulation, floors or restoration of old buildings.

UNIVERSAL USE

The exceptional weather-proof and aging resistance allowed also external use of this panel with excellent result.
In fact these panels are not only attractive, versatile and adaptable, but they also allow to a speedy assembly, thanks to their lightness.
Whether in the building or in the locking industry or in the advertising, the use of this panel is more and more increasing just because of its own characteristic.
The perfect flatness of the panel, for example, allows the set of adhesive films or the possibility of mirror finish.
The panels are provided with a protection films on both sides.

SECURITY

The problem of fire-proof material nowadays is really a matter of primary importance in the various fields.
DEPRACELL panel is realized with  first class materials and the Polystyrene is self-extinguishable.

SAWING - DRILLING - GLUING

The panels are perfectly suitable to practical uses.
They can be cut using a normal cutting, a circular saw with a vidium blade.
They can be drilled by vidium drills and be glue using the special depracoll glue or an usual poliuretanic monocomponent glue easy to be found on sale.
The DEPRACELL is perfect as advertising panels and as stands in industrial faires.

PAINTING

The panels can be painted by roller coating or sprayed.
Lots are the utilizable products all with excellent results: water, synthetic and nitro paints.
It is advisable a previous light scratching to obtain a more porous surface for a better adherent painting.
